Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute operational strategies that align with aggressive product roadmaps and company growth objectives.
  • Streamline and enhance software development lifecycles, deployment processes, and infrastructure management for maximum efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the CFO on managing budgets, financial planning, and optimizing cost structures for cloud services and engineering resources.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product uptime, deployment speed, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with the CEO and product leadership to translate strategic vision into scalable operational frameworks and delivery models.
  • Oversee department heads across engineering, product operations, customer success, and IT, fostering a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks related to data security, system scalability, and service interruptions to ensure business continuity.
  • Ensure all company operations comply with relevant data privacy regulations, industry standards, and security protocols.
  • Champion the adoption of new technologies and automation tools to enhance operational capabilities and drive digital transformation.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key technology partners, vendors, and strategic customers.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven extensive experience as a Chief Operations Officer or in a similarly senior operational leadership role within a high-growth technology, SaaS, or AI company.
  • Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated track record of managing P&L for technology-driven organizations.
  • Expertise in process optimization, agile methodologies, and scaling complex technological operations.
  • Significant experience in rapidly scaling businesses, managing global cross-functional technical teams, and driving enterprise-level growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic problem-solving, and decisive decision-making skills in a dynamic tech environment.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical teams, executives, and external stakeholders.

Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical or operational field.
