Receptionist / Data Entry professional

his is an onsite, in person role. Hours are 7:30 - 4:30, M-F.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for answering the phones and directing calls to the correct person
• Greeting and directing customers and vendors when they come into our facility
• Help Will-Call customers with their paperwork
• Breakdown and input invoicing paperwork for purpose of billing customers
• Data Entry assistance for different departments

Required Skills

• Must have customer service experience
• Professionalism with dealing with vendors, coworkers and customers
• Must possess strong team building, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented, good organizational skills and able to multi-task
• General computer skills and knowledge of office equipment (10-key, copier, phones, etc.)
