The Opportunity
As part of the Tax Services team you will lead the international tax compliance and tax risk operations related to the firm’s global mobility. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and mentor the upcoming generation of leaders while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with member firms for local tax reporting
- Oversee the delivery of international reporting for Federal tax compliance
- Manage the tax department's risk framework related to mobility and global operations
- Foster impactful relationships with executive-level clients
- Promote adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of experience

- Master's Degree in Accounting & Finance preferred
- Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.
