What You Bring

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in coaching, consulting, or a related professional field
• A solid foundation in leadership principles and personal development methodologies
• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written — with confidence in virtual environments (Zoom, etc.)
• Proficiency with digital platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook for outreach and relationship-building
• A genuine passion for helping others grow and reach their potential
