At Cornerstone Building Solutions, we specialize in delivering high-quality modular construction for our customers. Cornerstone builds residential, light commercial, and multi-family projects in Northeastern Pennsylvania, including Luzerne, Lackawanna, and Wyoming counties. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects from concept to completion.

Position Summary

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage subcontractors, internal teams, and client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and manage multiple modular construction projects from pre-construction through final completion.
Manage budgets, create and adhere to project timelines and resource allocations to meet company and client expectations.
Oversee subcontractors and site personnel to ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings; prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, conflicts, and delays.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
Ensure all work complies with local codes, permits, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in construction project management;
Candidate should be knowledgeable about all aspects of home construction, including site layout, excavation, utilities, foundation, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
