_ Construction Project Manager _

550 Construction, LLC is seeking to fill a position as a Construction Project Manager. This position will require project management experience in project financial management, schedule management, quality control, estimating functions, etc. for primarily apartment renovation-related projects. This position also requires best-business management practices such as leadership, organizational, and time management skills. Although the position is located in Birmingham, Alabama, frequent travel to various projects will be required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

o Hiring and scheduling of sub-contractors,

o Material ordering and delivery scheduling,

o Document and process change orders,

o Complete daily logs of job progress,

o Schedule all needed inspections,

o Quality control,

o Jobsite safety.

Job Requirements:

o 5 Years of experience as a construction supervisor, capital project manager, or other related experience,

o Familiar with Xactimate, Buildertrend, and Microsoft Office Suite,

o OSHA 30 Training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $86,766.00 - $94,578.00 per year
