JOB DETAILS

Base Pay starts at $17.75 per hour

Shift - 1stShift: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Thursday (4-10s Schedule, Overtime based on business need)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assembler 1 is an entry-level position responsible for performing basic assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment. This role requires minimal experience and involves repetitive tasks that do not demand a high degree of complexity. Ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in manufacturing.

Qualifications

  • Read a tape measure accurately to 1/16”.

  • Perform tasks such as masking, sanding, gassing, wrapping, and packing.

  • Operate hardware balancers and work with cardboard materials.

  • Install locks and keepers as required.

  • Assemble sash units and work at the silicone table.

  • Feed glass, install grids, perform gas fill, and package finished glass products.

  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
